博士培养计划（2018）

一、学制及学习年限

博士生学制为4年，最长学习年限（含休学和保留学籍）为8年。经学校批准休学和保留学籍的博士研究生，复学后最短学习年限须相应延长。

I. Study system and duration limit

The normal study system is 4 years, while the maximum duration (including suspension and retainment) is 8 years. The shortest duration of studies should be extended accordingly when the doctoral students who have been approved by the university to suspend or reinstate their studies.

三、必修环节与学分要求

博士生修课总学分不低于16学分，其中公共必修课不低于8学分，学科核心课不低于4学分，学科选修课不低于3学分，公共选修课不低于1学分。

科学精神与人文素养教育、实践环节、学术活动是博士研究生应完成的必修环节，博士研究生须获得相应学分。各环节的基本要求如下：

III. Compulsory courses and credit requirements

The total credits of doctoral courses get by doctoral students should be no less than 16, including no less than 8 credits for public compulsory courses, no less than 4 credits for discipline core courses, no less than 3 credits for discipline selective courses, and no less than 1 credit for public elective courses.

Scientific literacy and humanistic quality education, practical activities and academic activities are compulsory for doctoral students, and they must complete corresponding credits. The basic requirements are as following:

（一）科学精神与人文素养教育（1学分）

科学精神与人文素养教育主要包括科学道德、论文写作方法与规范以及人文素养等方面内容。考核合格的博士研究生获得该环节学分。在硕士阶段获得此环节学分（有证明材料）的博士生，可申请免修（记学分）。

ⅰ.Scientific literacy and humanistic quality education (1 credit)

This course includes scientific morality, writing methods and norms, and humanistic quality and so on. Doctoral students who pass the examination will get credits. Doctoral students who have obtained credits in the master’s program (with supporting documents) may apply for exemption from the course with approved credits.

（二）实践环节（1学分）

博士生应在导师的指导下，参加实验、实践等相关技能训练，培养创新能力和实践能力，原则上应参与助教工作。考核合格的博士研究生获得该环节学分。

ⅱ.Practice (1 credit)

Doctoral students should participate in the training of relevant skills under the guidance of their supervisors, such as experiments and practices, to cultivate their innovative and practical ability. The students should participate in the teaching assistant work. The doctoral students who pass the examination will get credits.

（三）学术活动（1学分）

博士生在学期间须参加本学科领域的学术活动，基本要求如下：

1.所有博士生须参加指导教师组织或制定的学术讲座10次以上；

2.博士生须在本学科领域国际性或全国性或区域性重要学术会议上作2次学术报告。

3.博士生须参加本学科领域有影响力的重要国际学术会议2次。

ⅲ. Academic Activities (1 credit)

Doctoral students are required to participate in academic activities in their field of study. The basic requirements are as following:

1. All doctoral students must attend more than 10 academic lectures organized or formulated by the supervisors;

2. A doctoral student is required to give two presentations at important international, national or regional academic conferences in the field of study.

3. A doctoral student must attend two influential international academic conferences in the related field.

四、学位论文工作

博士研究生应在导师的指导下开展科学研究，完成学位论文。学位论文工作包括文献综述、开题报告、中期检查、成果要求、学位论文撰写、论文预答辩、论文评审、论文答辩等环节。

IV. Dissertation work

Doctoral students should carry out scientific research and complete their dissertations under the guidance of their supervisors. Dissertation work includes literature review, dissertation proposal report, mid-term examination, outcomes requirements, dissertation writing, dissertation pre-defense, dissertation evaluation, dissertation defense, etc.

（一）文献综述

文献综述要结合课题研究方向和具体的研究领域进行，参考文献应具有一定的数量（至少50篇，其中外文文献应不少于20篇）、广度和前沿性，要对国际和国内在本领域的研究历史、现状和发展趋势等进行系统、全面的叙述和评论。文献综述是正确选题的前提和基础，不是简单罗列他人的观点，而是对已有的成果进行归纳、梳理以及系统、深入的分析和评价，准确提炼关键问题，并由此提出研究工作的技术路线。

ⅰ. Literature review

Literature review should combine research direction and the specific research field together. The references should be frontier and advanced (at least 50, foreign references should be no less than 20) with systematical and comprehensive descriptions and comments on the history, current situation as well as development trend of international and domestic research in this field. Literature review is the premise and basis of correct research subject selection and a systematic and in-depth analysis and evaluation of existing outcomes to accurately abstract key problems and propose the technical research, rather than a simple list of others’ opinion.

（二）开题报告

开题是博士生开展学位论文工作的重要环节。开题报告要以文献综述报告为基础，主要内容包括：论文题目、选题依据（含课题来源、课题的国内外研究动态及分析、课题研究的目的和意义等）、研究方法、技术路线、实施方案、工作计划和预期目标等。

博士生开题报告须在第4学期（直接攻博生为第5学期）结束前完成。博士生开题报告以学术报告方式进行，由3-5名本学科或相关学科的教授或副教授（博士生导师人数须过半数）组成的小组进行论证和评审。论文选题须符合本学科领域的内涵要求；论文选题更改较大者，须重新做开题报告。

ⅱ.Research proposal

Research proposal is an essential part for doctoral students to develop their dissertation. Thesis proposal should based on their literature review and include: dissertation title, research subject selection basis (including research subject source, research trend and analysis both at home and abroad, research purpose and significance, etc.), research method, technology application plan, implementation plan, work plan and research goals, etc.

The research proposal should be completed before the end of the 4th semester (students enrolled as doctoral candidate before master program should complete the task in the 5th semester). The doctoral dissertation proposal will be presented in the form of academic report, which will be demonstrated and evaluated by 3-5 professors or associate professors in the discipline or related discipline (the number of doctoral supervisors should more than half). The research subject selection of the dissertation should meet the connotation requirements of the subject; If the research subject of the dissertation is changed greatly, the dissertation proposal must be made again.

（三）中期检查

中期检查是博士生顺利开展学位论文工作的重要保障。中期检查主要对学位论文工作进展情况进行论证和评审，重点检查已完成的研究内容和取得的成果、是否按照开题报告的内容和进度进行、存在的问题、下阶段要完成的研究内容及其具体工作计划等。博士生的中期总结报告须围绕上述内容要求撰写。

博士生中期检查须在第6学期（直接攻博生为第7学期）结束前完成。博士生中期总结报告以学术报告方式进行，由3-5名本学科或相关学科的教授或副教授（博士生导师人数应过半数）组成的小组进行论证和评审。

ⅲ. Mid-term examination

Mid-term examination is an important guarantee for doctoral students to carry out their dissertation work. The mid-term examination mainly demonstrates and evaluates the progress of the dissertation, focusing on checking the completed research and outcomes, whether it is carried out in accordance with the content and progress of the thesis proposal, existing problems, research to be completed in the next stage and its specific plans, etc. The mid-term summary report of doctoral students should be written in terms of the above requirements.

The mid-term examination of doctoral students should be completed before the end of the 6th semester (students enrolled as doctoral candidate before master program should complete the task in the 7th semester). The doctoral mid-term summary report should be conducted in the form of academic report, and should be demonstrated and evaluated by a panel composed of 3-5 professors or associate professors in the discipline or related discipline (the number of doctoral supervisors should be more than half).

（四）成果要求

博士生在学期间须发表高水平学术论文4篇，其中在SCI源期刊上应至少发表（含在线发表）2篇学术论文。上述学术论文的内容应与博士学位论文密切相关，博士生本人应为第一作者或导师为第一作者且本人为第二作者（其中，博士生本人为第一作者的篇数不低于一半），论文第一署名单位须为东北大学。

ⅳ. Research Results Requirements

Doctoral students are required to publish 4 high-quality academic papers during their study, including at least 2 academic papers published in SCI (including online publications). The content of the published academic paper should be closely related to the doctoral dissertation. The doctoral student should be the first author or the supervisor should be the first author and the doctoral student should be the second author ( the number of papers which the doctoral student is the first author should not be less than half). The first signature unit of the thesis should be Northeastern University.

（五）学位论文撰写

博士生应在导师的指导下，独立完成学位论文撰写工作。学位论文应体现博士生的研究成果、反映博士生在本学科领域研究中达到的学术水平，满足相应学位授予标准。论文撰写要求按《东北大学研究生学位论文撰写标准》执行。

ⅴ.Dissertation

Doctoral students should complete the dissertation independently under the guidance of their supervisors. The dissertation should reflect the research outcomes of the doctoral students and the academic level achieved by the them in the research of this discipline which meets the corresponding degree awarding standards. The thesis requirements should be in accordance with the “Northeastern University Postgraduate Degree Thesis Writing Standards”.

（六）论文预答辩

学位论文预答辩是保证论文质量的重要环节。博士论文预答辩以学术报告形式进行，由3-5名本学科或相关学科的教授或副教授（博士生导师人数应过半数）组成的小组进行论证和评审，重点对学位论文的“选题”、“创新性及论文价值”、“基础知识及科研能力”、“论文规范性”、“论文的工作量”等方面进行评价并提出修改意见，论文预答辩未通过的博士研究生不能申请送审学位论文。

(ⅵ) Dissertation Pre-defense

Pre-defense of dissertation is an important part to ensure the quality of dissertation. The pre-defense of doctoral dissertation should be conducted in the form of academic report by 3 to 5 professors or associate professors of this subject or related discipline (the number of doctoral supervisors should be more than half) who are responsible for demonstration and evaluation with focus on the “research subject”, “innovation and value”, “the basic knowledge and research capacity”, “dissertation format”, “dissertation workload” , and other aspects and give students modification suggestions. The dissertation failing pre-defense cannot apply for PhD dissertation for evaluation.

（七）论文评审

博士生完成规定的课程学分、必修环节学分，文献综述、开题报告、中期检查、学术成果要求、论文预答辩等环节考核合格，经所学院审查通过后，可申请进入学位论文评审程序。博士学位论文的评审工作由研究生院和米乐平台（中国）有限公司官网共同组织。学位论文评审要求和评审结果处理的具体规定按照《东北大学关于博士学位论文“双盲”隐名评审的暂行规定》（最新版）、《东北大学授予研究生学位的工作细则》等规定执行。

vii. Dissertation Evaluation

Doctoral students can apply for dissertation evaluation if they have completed the requires course credits and compulsory course credits, literature review, dissertation proposal, mid-term examination, academic outcomes requirements, dissertation pre-defense and other parts and passed the examination organized by college. The evaluation of doctoral dissertations is jointly organized by the Graduate School and the Software College. The specific requirements for the evaluation of dissertation and the evaluation should be implemented in accordance with the interim Provisions of Northeastern University on the “Double-hidden” Anonymous Evaluation of Doctoral Dissertation (latest edition), the Rules for Granting Postgraduate Degrees of Northeastern University, and other rules.

（八）论文答辩

博士学位论文的答辩时间距提交开题报告时间不低于18个月。博士生学位论文答辩工作按照《东北大学授予研究生学位的工作细则》进行。

博士生在学校规定的最长学习年限内，修完培养方案规定内容，成绩合格，完成学位论文并通过学位论文答辩的，准予毕业，学校发给毕业证书。经学院（部）学位评定分委员会审核、校学位评定委员会审定通过后，授予相应学位，发给相应学位证书。学位授予按照《东北大学授予研究生学位的工作细则》和本学科制订的博士学位授予标准执行。

ⅷ. Dissertation Defense

The defense time of the doctoral dissertation should be no less than 18 months after the submission of the dissertation proposal. The dissertation defense of doctoral students should be conducted in accordance with the Rules for Granting Postgraduate Degrees of Northeastern University.

Doctoral students will be permitted to graduate and receive graduation certificates if they complete the training program within the maximum study duration stipulated by the university, obtain qualified grades, complete their dissertation and pass the defense of their dissertation.

The academic degree and the certificates will be conferred after the examination and approval of the academic degree assessment sub-committee of the college (department) and the examination and approval of the academic degree assessment Committee of the university. The degree awarding should be carried out in accordance with the Rules for Granting Postgraduate Degrees in Northeastern University and the doctoral degree awarding standards of this discipline.
